Comments:Business trip for a week to Tucson. Swam a few days, but no workouts. Ate too many steak dinners.
I did climb Picacho Peak in 2 hours round trip; 4 miles, 1,400 vertical feet.

Very pleased with my efforts. I power cleaned the 2nd rep, and corrected with a front squat, and then a good jerk. I dropped the final rep, reset and completed the C&J. Finished all 30 in 20:04 minutes. My clean is definitely improving. Time to start adding weight.
