I underestimated this one; it hurt. Your pulling from the bottom, and then the top, so your arms never get a break. Great workout.

DB – 20:04
GD – ~15:00 with 95lb. (Hit chin on jerk with 2nd rep at 135#, so changed weight.)

GD: 10:45
DB: 11:55

On the first round I thought my heart was going to explode, so i’m surprised I actually made it five rounds. Great workout. The mental toughness was definitely a factor in finishing this girl.

Crossfit: Nate on 03/26/2010

Max Rounds in 20 Minutes of:

Comments:

Jason tore me up on Tuesday. The heavy deadlifts on Monday, and then 250 air squats on Tuesday really worked the legs. The muscle-up attempts put stawberries and bruises on my forearms. I’m going to figure those out one of these days.

Anyway, Friday I did nate. I should have scaled the weight; 2 pood (72 pounds) is heavy! 1.5 pood would have been better for getting more rounds completed.
