Got an extra late round in at 225# focusing on depth w/ ball on riser. 3 rounds of 5 reps (although last round was 4 reps) at 275# matches my last attempt at this. I’m sure my 1RM is going to go up.

WOD from hell:
21/15/9 of:

  • 40# db thruster
  • burpees
  • run 400m before and after

Those thrusters were rough. Could barely string 5 together, often less than that. Burpees are still a mind game for me, but they felt better than usual today. That last run was a joke… may have been my slowest 400m ever. Legs still burned out.
