It was great lifting with Dan this morning, working on form with every lift. I got some great tips from TJ that helped quite a bit.

Metcon:
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

  • 7 front squat 95#
  • 7 push press
  • 7 SDHP

I don’t know how I’m still shocked how much harder these WODs are than they look. I was hoping for unbroken across the board, but no dice. Front squats felt great, but trying to rep through the push presses was taxing. SDHP felt really good, as I paced those with good form.
