Thanks Cory for tackling the OHS with me this morning. It was nice to sleep in a bit and workout with the 7:15AM crew.
My 1RM is currently 163# which I think I could beat now. As is the beauty of the OHS, my failures are more due to not keeping my wrists straight enough, or losing rigidity along the plane.
Then the WOD:
12 minute AMRAP of:
- 10 box jumps
- 5 toes to bar
- 3 115# presses
I got 7 rounds.
This was fun! I was able to get the box jumps out fast, but slowed down on the toes to bar. I did push presses, as reps of 115# is tall order for me for shoulder presses.
