Comments:Jason tore me up on Tuesday. The heavy deadlifts on Monday, and then 250 air squats on Tuesday really worked the legs. The muscle-up attempts put stawberries and bruises on my forearms. I’m going to figure those out one of these days.
Anyway, Friday I did nate. I should have scaled the weight; 2 pood (72 pounds) is heavy! 1.5 pood would have been better for getting more rounds completed.
