Comments:Great stretch and warmup, providing no excuses for the WOD that followed.
WOD (20 min cutoff)
5 rounds of:
- 10 95# power snatch
- 20 pushup
- 30 wallballs #20
Michael S. nailed this WOD with full intensity and got all 5 rounds. As a point of demonstration, perhaps, I did this the exact opposite way that the WOD was intended. My intensity suffered dramatically during the 20 pushups, which carried over into the wallballs.
I got 3 rounds plus a round of snatches. If I was smart enough this morning to do the pushups on my knees, I would have doubled my intensity and finished all 5 rounds, and that would have been a much better workout.
