GD: 18 rounds! Oustanding. Did it as perscribed with full pullups
LG: 14 rounds. Great job.
DB: 12 rounds. Horrible! That’s what I get for eating little debbies everyday. I did jumping pullups, and after round 7 I switched to knee pushups.
Good workout.
I swam in the apartment pool after the workout; 10 full laps in about 20 minutes. Felt good.
