Toni started us off with a good shoulder and hip opening warmup.

I forgot my lifting shoes today. Huge difference! Went in my socks instead. The last rep on the last few rounds got a little ugly, but I was glad to make it through at #225. Thanks Andy B. for gutting it out this morning!

WOD:
20 AMRAP of hell:

  • 1st min: 6 push ups, 9 sit ups, 12 box jumps
  • 2nd min: 15 115# push press

This is strength month, so I wanted to keep the 115# but ended up doing only 9 reps for all but the first round. Got 6 full rounds in (12 halves).
